Chiropractic Care – Further Treatments
As for your first appointment please invite yourself into the clinic and onwards to the waiting area where reading material is available. Please expect to be at the clinic for between 15-30 minutes depending on your individual needs.
What to Expect
You will be asked about progress made since your last visit. To monitor improvements further you may be asked to repeat some of the same procedures that were conducted in the initial examination. Appropriate treatment will be provided taking all information into account. Over the management period relevant advice will be provided giving you access to education and empowerment on aspects such as: nutrition, exercise, stress management and ergonomic considerations.
Effects of Adjustments
Many people experience a sensation of tranquillity after an adjustment or describe it as feeling slightly light-headed or spaced-out. This is a normal temporary effect of an adjustment indicating stimulation of the nervous system. You may also encounter an increasing thirst for the same reason so we recommend to drink a glass of water as soon as possible.
